Our background as award-winning documentarians (WildernessMindset.com) has taken us on incredible storytelling journeys, from remote wilderness expeditions to record-breaking adventures. But nothing moves us more than capturing the once-in-a-lifetime emotions of two people in love.
We blend natural storytelling with just the right amount of direction to ensure you look and feel your best on camera. Using multiple camera angles, cinematic drone shots (when applicable), and dynamic timelapses, we craft wedding films that bring every detail to life—so you can relive the magic from every perspective.

From the moment Alex picked up a camera in high school, he knew his heart belonged to filmmaking. After graduating in 2015 with a degree in Digital Cinema from Northern Michigan University, he dove headfirst into the world of videography, building a career that blends art and technology in perfect harmony.
With years of experience in everything from documentary filmmaking to advertising and, of course, capturing the magic of weddings, Alex has perfected his ability to turn any moment into a timeless masterpiece. His passion for the craft drives him to immerse himself in every detail—the gear, the technicalities, the vision. But it’s the love stories he captures that truly light a fire in him.
There’s something profoundly beautiful about filming a wedding, where every glance, every laugh, and every tear tells a story. Alex thrives in that fast-paced, one-shot environment, knowing that the memories he’s capturing today will be cherished forever. Meet our fur babies, Minnow (left) and Echo (right). Minnow is Echo’s loving mom, and these two are inseparable—they go almost everywhere their mom and dad do. They’ve hiked over 2,000 miles on one trip and can sit in a car for 8 hours without a fuss, proving that their bond is as strong as any adventure they embark on.
Just like us, they understand the beauty of shared moments and the joy of being together. We’d love to capture those same moments of love and connection with your fur babies on your special day. After all, your love story wouldn’t be complete without them!

Her passion for storytelling led her to become an award-winning documentarian, but it was when she filmed her first wedding that she truly found her calling. The romance, the raw emotion, the undeniable connection between two people in love—it was impossible for her not to be moved by it.
